We’re taught to be strong, push through, override our limits, and look outside ourselves for answers.
More space to hear yourself beneath everything competing for your attention.
A deeper connection to what you’re here to do.
To move through your life in a way that actually feels like you.
I learned early to stay contained to be accepted. I became a people pleaser, believing I was responsible for other people’s opinions of me. Eventually, I had to learn how to release that pattern and reconnect with myself.
Hi, I’m Bee!
I’m a nurse practitioner, astrologer, and decorated combat veteran with nearly twenty years of clinical experience. My work brings science and spirit together because I don’t believe we can look at any one part of ourselves in isolation.
My superpower is seeing the pieces and helping you understand how they fit together.
Hi, I’m Bee!
I came home from my tour in Afghanistan at twenty-five feeling like the most important, meaningful work I could ever imagine doing was already behind me.
It became a quest to find something deep and meaningful. I wanted to study everything at once—breathwork, astrology, yoga, energy medicine, and every oracle deck I could find.
As I started to heal, the work began revealing itself to me.
For a while, I thought moving toward this work meant moving away from Western medicine. Eventually, I realized I didn’t have to choose.
My clinical training taught me to value data. My lived experience taught me that the body is data, too, and that intuition deserves a place in the conversation.
The work I do today grew from bringing those parts of myself together and helping other people reconnect with the parts of themselves they’ve learned to leave behind.
Nearly twenty years of clinical experience and years of spiritual study shape the way I support each person who comes to me.
I bring my whole toolbox to the work.
Long before I had language for intuition or energy, I knew what it felt like to be connected to something bigger than myself. Some of the things I love today have been with me almost my entire life.
Michigan roots
I grew up in Midland, Michigan, roaming the woods around our home. There was a creek behind our house that became my cathedral.
Always looking up
My dad used to wake me in the middle of the night for meteor showers, and I’ve been lucky enough to see the Northern Lights.
A daily ritual
Every day, I draw an Oracle card and hold it to my heart before I look at it.
Words to live by
Forget your glutes, your intuition is your strongest muscle!
