Saturday Aug 17th, 6:00-8:30pm at the Yoga and Bodywork Collective Waynesville, NC

This will be an evening of communing with likeminded women to explore and discover our own uniqueness. We are being called into times of collective efforts to heal our hearts in order to heal the planet. Through healing pur own hearts we begin to discover the beauty and gifts that we have to offer the world! 

Together we will explore our hearts through a cacao ceremony which will include guided meditation and breathwork. Cacao is a potent heart opener and allows us to uncover hidden truths.

We will dance and move stuck energy

We  will meditate, reflect and commune together.
